Early Cancellation -- with Penalty (for Consumer Leases Only) Some of our customers don't know how long they are going to need a wheelchair van. Perhaps they have a progressive illness, or an elderly parent. Or they expect to improve and will no longer need the van. Early cancellation of a lease agreement can be of a major concern.
We created the Early Cancellation program to address these situations. There are two parts to the program. First you guarantee a minimum number of payments based on the length of your lease: - On a 60 month lease you guarantee 15 payments and then pay a 5 month termination charge plus any excess mileage or wear. That's it and you can walk away from the lease. You know up-front the most you will be expected to pay to terminate the lease. No surprises.
There are some requirements for Early Cancellation that you need to know. You must have good credit, the taxes, if applicable, must be paid up-front, and we require 10% down payment to qualify.
